Bel-Air Banquets & Events is conveniently located in historic Belleville, IL, fewer than 20 miles from St. Louis. Our banquet rooms are ideal for wedding receptions, family reunions, fundraisers, holiday parties, business meetings, or any special celebration. League bowlers receive a 15% discount on room rentals. At Bel-Air Banquets & Events, we keep per-plate catering prices low, and the room rental is a flat fee. Bartenders are included, and our bar service is reasonably priced. Our event spaces are the best value in town. We offer multiple spaces for any event you can imagine. Our largest room, The Regency Room, can accommodate up to 400 guests in elegance. The Empire Room will accommodate up to 150 guests in style. For more intimate events, The Arbor Room can serve up to 80. Our event planner will suggest the best venue for your event.

Event Catering
Catering
To serve your guests in The Regency Room and The Empire Room, we will cater all the food. Our in-house caterer offers delicious food choices and excellent service at fair prices. Our banquets pricing is unique in that catering is not included in room rental fees.
Our room rental fees include white table linens and skirted accessory tables. We have many decorative upgrades available in-house, such as chair covers, sashes, centerpieces, and serving pieces.
Bel-Air provides a beverage hostess and/or bartenders to accommodate the number of your expected guests. We stock a full line of favorite beverages and will support all special beverage requests. No outside beverages are allowed on our property. Bar guidelines at your event are entirely up to you. Our Banquet Directors, Sonda Starr and Terri Lee, will help you plan your event from start to finish. At Bel-Air Banquets, we keep room rental fees and catering prices separate so you always know what you’re paying for.
